    Well Well Well.....
    Today was certainly an emotional celebration for me at Crossfit. Thank you to EVERYONE who took part in my good lucks and goodbyes today. "You know who you are"!!

    I love each and everyone one of you and appreciate all who have traveled this wonderful journey with me.
    I will make you all proud smile
    Coach T, I love you man.... Your support on this journey of mine has been incredibly "PRICELESS". I look forward to many years of growing closer and sharing some incredible memories with you!!!! cheese
