Then back up the sequence starting at 1 minute on/ :10 sec off

That was a very moving video! Thank you so much for posting this! As weird as this might sound, I loved todays WOD! Really!!! Getting back into the swing of things feels terrific! Even if my body is saying something totally different! Thanks to our great coaches for being there for each of us, cheering us on, pushing us harder (sometimes) than we would like to be
