    Well...didn't want you guys to have all the fun, so I tackled "RJ" this morning solo...WHAT THE HECK WAS I THINKING!!!!! That was just horrible, but the good news...I finished 51:14 with 1000m Rows instead of runs

    GOOD TIMES. You guys make me proud.

    See you all next week! I'm off to WY for a good dose of friendship and relaxation! I'll get some hiking in (at almost 1 mile above sea level, hiking takes on a whole new meaning) and stretching. But mostly, just doing my thing with some very dear friends.
