**perform 3 power cleans and then for the rest of the minute, do as many box jumps as possible. Rest 1 minute and repeat***

It was so awesome watching people get their jump on this am! Steven has springs for legs and I'm sure others (Brian, Ben, etc) has some box jump pr's today! Awesome job friends!
