    Hey Gang! Thanks for another great Crossfit Breakthrough year. You all are truly some of the best people and athletes on the planet. We Love you all. Super Congrats on all the PR's this week. Way to stay committed and work the program. We got tons of new stuff for the new year to take everyone to new levels of performance.
