    Where to start!! Coach T...Thank you so much for calling me over and giving me the focus of standing at that bar for no longer than 4 seconds...and pushing through those heels! cool grin I did hear you when D-Train was taping my shins~ word of life and confidence!!! For this I am sooo thankful cause, gotta admit, I was scared of this weight! But no more ( II Tim. 1:7 wink )
