Thanks to all of the noon classers for the additional motivation to get thru this. OUCH! You too "T". Love the fact that we visited a couple of 25 minute plus WODs this week, lets my mind know I've been there and can get thru it. Loving this main site programming sore elbow and all.

I agree with ya Greg... 25 min WOD's really do test ya... and yet we come out the other side~ looking a bit beat up but stronger both physically and mentally!!!For this I am thankful!! Today, Coach Nicole, when I was pleading
and begging to you to let me go to single jumps... thank you from the bottom of my heart for not giving in! I would have regretted it afterwards... horribly! You really helped me to dig in and push through... keeping my focus! I owe you one!! (starbucks!!!!)
