    Thank you Steph smirk You are doing so great on the pull-ups. Practicing what we did today I think will really help build some strength and body recognition of where to be when we are at the top of the pull. Great job....
    Everyone did really great today so thanks for letting me lead the pack. Just for the record I did stay for the 5:30 WOD so I could too experience all the joy you all had today.
