3 Rounds:
10 step ups
10 pass throughs
10 jumping jacks
10 kb deadlifts
10 inchworms

Work out of the Day:

“Tabata!”

:20 sec work followed by :10 sec rest.  Each movement is 8 intervals.  Complete all 8 intervals of one movement before moving to the next.

KB/DB swings

Sit up
Ring dips

**Score is lowest reps for each movement.
