    I just want to say people come and go throughout our lives. It does not take long to make a friendship though it can take years to find out who the good people and not so good people are.

    Heartfelt comments D-Train! I am so glad you are in my life! Way to work it at the 2:30 class everyone! This had endurance written all over it!!! Thanks to Coaches T and Nicole for taking such great care of all your athletes. How you watch our moves, give awesome pointers and constant encouragement is so important to our growth~ I can only hope you know just how much you mean to your gym and to your athletes!
