A wise person once said that when you stare into the abyss of the unknown, the reflection that you see is usually yourself. So by knowing that, do we get to choose the W.O.D. Today????????

Gotta say... that was tough~ but AWESOME!!!! Moving through each WOD was intense but empowering!!! After everything was over with, we looked back and thought how tough was that! and yet, we still were walking upright after! My heartfelt thanks to all our amazing coaches who teach us to dig deep, press on, never stop moving and love us each step of the way. I am also thankful for how you teach us not only the physical side of conditioning, but also, the mental side too. You are great!!!
