    I am so thankful to be a part of such an AWESOME gym!!!!! Todays WOD was kinda tough... ok... just plain tough! grrr But we made it through cheering each other on at our terrific 2:30 class! We have such great athletes here! Thanks to Coach Nicole for helping me keep things in perspective and thanks to Coach T for your encouragement! Oh yeah~ my time... 12:16 250 m row and 7/5 burpees 7 rounds

    Wow, where do I begin my thanks to the people at the 2:30 class. First, I must give a big thanks to Coach Tom for not letting me cancel on class today. I am so glad that I came and did it.
    Coach Nicole you rock. Thanks for talking to me before class and lessening my anxiety.
    To my group. Great job Alice and Brenda. We rock:)
    Stephanie I could not have gotten through it without you. Thanks for all of your encouragement and your great attitude. I was so glad to see you there today.
    Dee we so missed you and I hope you are feeling better. It is not the same without you.

    Hey ladies! Ok, for those of you who have never been to the 2:30 class...ALL are welcome! BUT, I must warn you, estrogen runs wild!!! lol You men who are a part of that class...kudos to ya!!!
    Everyone in all the classes did amazing & really helped eachother out! It sure was fun with you all!

    Thanks Steph!! We got SO many crazy looks as we started doing burpees in the cardio room at the Y! We were sweating more than any of the other people working out, and we were only there half the time grin GOTTA LOVE CROSSFIT!! Oh yeah my time....15:26 RX grin
