This WOD was Kick Butt. Kicked mine anyways.
I am thankful to Coach Nicole for giving me credit for rx-ishing this one. Minus 4 pull ups but real ones. Whoohoo.
I am also happy to say I got the most from this WOD cuz I think in deed it took me the longest.
