    WooHoo!! Got another PR on my deadlift today!! Went from 180 to 195! Just 15 lbs~ but still 15lbs!!! Congrats to D-Train! Slammed her old record down!!! 255lbs!!!! You rock! cool grin

    A big thank you to Tom and Nicole for the great t-shirts for the 14,000m row challenge. I am so glad I did it. Also, thank you Nicole for pushing me on deadlifts today. A new PR for me from 175 to 195. To my girls you rock (and you know who you are)!!!!!

    I am so proud of EVERYONE today!!! WooHoo is right SuperSteph!! This has been an awesome week for all of us and so exciting to see everyone setting some incredible PR's. Dido Dena's comment. Thank you so much Coach T and Coach Nicole for the reward for our rowing efforts. What a wonderful compliment to all who took part.
    To Coach Nicole, Annette, SuperStar, Stephanie and Scott.... and whoever was crazy enough to do one arm deadhang pullups... big surprise GREAT JOB guys!
