    Hey everyone don't forget too congratulate 2 of our own for winning the Central Oregon Crossfit summer challenge. Joey and Liz competed Saturday for the second time this summer and took over 2 minutes off of their time and finished in first place. Fantastic job to both of you wish I could have been there to cheer you on.
