Getting started with us is simple - Just give us a call at 541-504-0930 to schedule your FREE Introductory Consultation. Consultations are an hour long and allow you to learn how our program works and experience a workout for yourself. This session allows us to get to know you, assess your current fitness level and skill, and discover what your goals are. After your Consultation, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss enrollment options that give you access to our fitness program, challenges, events, and class schedule.

At CrossFit BreakThrough, we believe each student deserves the opportunity to have success, and our On Ramp classes provide the perfect environment for that.
Our On Ramp class meets 3 days a week for 3 weeks. It is designed for the individual who wants ultimately to train in one of our ongoing group CrossFit classes. In these classes we will expose new students to our movement curriculum in a small group format. We start our students off at an intensity that they are capable of, and everyone progresses at their own pace.
