        Well, after last night's nutrition talk, I thought that I would get the ball rolling.  My intent is to be as Paleo as possible, but sometimes my hectic schedule forces me to make some modifications  <br />
<br />
My zone prescription is 22 blocks  5/5/3.5/5/3.5<br />
<br />
<b>Thursday 5/14/2009  </b>Woke up 4:15 am<br />
<br />
<b>Meal 1 4:55 am:</b><br />
<br />
     Apex Fit Meal Replacement and 6 Cashews (3.5 block meal) **2 fish oils**<br />
<br />
<b>Meal 2 7:55 am:</b> (went a little longer between than I should have) (5 block meal)<br />
<br />
     2 eggs w/4 whites and 1 oz. of cheese (5blocks protein)<br />
     2 cups of strawberries (2 blocks carbs)<br />
     3/8 cup of applesauce (1block carbs)<br />
     1 piece of dry toast (2blocks carb)<br />
     1 large tablespoon of almond butter (5blocks fat)<br />
           *also had 2 fish oils*<br />
<br />
<b>Meal 3 2:00 pm: </b>(need to make sure timing between meals is better, wanted to eat by 1pm)<br />
<br />
     (Turkey Sandwich)(5block meal)<br />
<br />
     5 oz of deli turkey (5blocks-protein)<br />
     2 slices whole wheat bread (4blocks-carb)<br />
     1/3 tsp Mayo x 5 (5blocks-fat)<br />
     3/8 cup of applesauce (1block -carb)<br />
        *2 fish oils*<br />

<b>Meal 4 4:30 pm:</b><br />
<br />

*Notes*  Felt pretty good today.  Had a rest day from training, was not hungry, water intake was not where it needs to be, but all in all felt like I had a really good meal day.
