What's your Goal for May? Choose something to improve. Have you ever heard the quote, "If you don't know where you're going, you're sure to get there!" Let's know where we're going and know exactly how to get there! Whether it's pull ups for the first time or a PR on the 500 m row....choose something that lights a fire inside you to move beyond where you are. Don't stop there, make sure you let one of your coaches know your goal so we can help you achieve it! smile

Got to get a Muscle-up this month...so close. Sub 4:00min Fran (current 4:27) sub 1:20 500m row, sub 7:00 2000m...whew! that's alot-o-stuff. I am sure that with all of our new pre-firebreathing zoners pushing...they will help me get there.
