Got to get a Muscle-up this month...so close. Sub 4:00min Fran (current 4:27) sub 1:20 500m row, sub 7:00 2000m...whew! that's alot-o-stuff. I am sure that with all of our new pre-firebreathing zoners pushing...they will help me get there.
